When I started thinking about different ways to improve my life, my eating habits really stood out to me. I knew that I needed to do something to take in more nutrition, so I started creating weekly menus and sticking to them. Within a few weeks, I had really started to enjoy some of my healthy eating habits, and I felt like a new person.
